  • Salomé Rateau

    Salomé Rateau started to train as a coach and mindfulness teacher in 2019 when she wanted to dive more into the psychosomatic approach of her teaching skills. She is a professional violinist and educator and understands the necessity of commitment, dedication and perseverance needed to better oneself.

    She has been a meditation practitioner for more than 15 years. An aspiring polymath, she never stops learning and exploring topics such as neurosciences,psychology, literature, philosophy, history, architecture, applied arts and sciences.

    Specifically trained in trauma informed mindfulness and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility, she welcomes everyone with the same care and compassion.

    She has a MBA in Business and Social Action. She speaks fluently in French and English.

  • Paul Hunter

    Paul Hunter is a pianist, piano teacher, guest lecturer, and composer based in Arundel, UK. 

    Paul has a keen interest in teaching methods, and will be working with the Apollo team to deliver training courses for piano teachers specifically in the field of adult learners.

  • Lisa Baldwinson

    Coming from a background in performing arts as a dancer Lisa has always had a close relationship with the body and its mechanics. Dancing for 8 hours a day she knows first hand the importance of keeping our bodies in good health.

    It wasn’t until she went travelling that Lisa began to develop her spiritual awareness and decided to explore holistic wellbeing. Ever since she has been learning and adding many skills along the way.

    Lisa is a trained aromatherapist, deep tissue/remedial/Swedish/hot stone masseuse and reflexologist for 16 years as well as training in Thai herbal compress, traditional cupping and moxibustion massage.

    Over the last 2 years, since becoming a trained sound therapist Lisa has been using alchemy crystal bowls and with a master level in reiki, she can support clients on a physical and spiritual level.

    Lisa can offer clients 1:1 support as well as group sound therapy.

  • Hilary Knight

    A qualified coach and consultant, Hilary worked in Manchester and the North West 1976-2000, and then London and the South East until retirement in 2018. In recent years she has been involved in setting up a Community Land Trust.

    She qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural coach in 2012 and did a further professional coaching course in 2020-21 to become an Integral Development coach. She has worked with a wide range of coaching clients.

    Her coaching takes a holistic approach to seeking out ways to work with clients to shift mindsets and learn new habits. She has practised yoga for many years, and, more recently, meditation. She is a keen Parkrunner and restarted playing the piano recently, after a 50 year break.

    With a personal interest in the Arts, and supporting people to thrive, Hilary is very kindly offering her coaching services to Apollo clients on a pro bono basis, meaning that we are able to offer free sessions to those that are unable to pay.

  • Melanie Perry

    Mel first became interested in alternative therapies when her children were teething and I was introduced to Homeopathic remedies to help with sore gums, teething pains and fever.

    The following years gave Mel a chance to read and learn about several more natural approaches to health including Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki, of which she is now a Reiki Master.

    Mel is registered with the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) as a professional governing body and am on the Professional Standards Authority list which is a recognised register for qualified and insured therapists.

  • Heather Wrighton

    Heather was inspired to play the harp at the age of six and as a junior student at Trinity College of Music she studied harp with Gabriella Dall’Olio and Frances Kelly and continued her studies at The Royal Academy of Music, London with Karen Vaughan (Head of Harp) graduating with an MA with Distinction, BMus (Hons) and an LRAM harp teaching qualification.

    Heather currently freelances as a soloist, orchestral and chamber musician and has performed for Royalty, at celebrity events and prestigious concert venues including The Royal Festival Hall, Cadogan Hall, Kings College Chapel, Cambridge, Glyndebourne Opera House, Kensington Palace and St James’ Palace.

    Learning the harp is a very rewarding, an enjoyable experience and is a nice way to relax after a busy day with its calming sound reducing the stresses of everyday life.

    ​Heather holds a Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music (LRAM) harp teaching qualification and welcomes students of all ages and abilities from complete beginner to advanced levels. Private lessons take place at Heather’s studio in Worthing, West Sussex. Heather also teaches harp at Bromley High School, Newstead Wood School and Bromley Youth Music Trust, Kent. Heather also offers online lessons via Skype and Zoom.

    Music theory will be integrated into the lessons and students will have the opportunity to take graded exams if they wish to do so or just play for fun! Heather has lever and pedal harps for use during the lessons. Each Lesson will be tailored to the individual pupil’s needs, level and style.
