About this event

Apollo Holistic Coaching for The Arts is a service designed to support and help people working within music and the arts.

Founded by two musicians, Ray Box and Emily Perry, they both understand the challenges that people within our industry face, and through their own exlporation of holistic techniques, coaching and healing modalities Apollo seeks to offer this to people within the industry.

Our services include coaching and holistic tecniques such as mindfulnes, meditation, sound healing and visulation.

Come along to our launch event to learn more about what we do, and sample for free a meditation exercise specifically designed to help with performance anxiety, and a goal setting coaching exercise.
